I appreciated that Jennifer sent me updates on where they were in the process of making my repairs. Nicki also was very thorough when she assessed the original damages to my car before the repairs were made. I appreciated that they took care of returning my rental car to Enterprise today for me as well. The manager also pointed out and went over the repairs with me that had been made before I left the business.I was also pleased to know that James who had been the previous adjuster, that had taken care of my car in a previous incident, had been promoted and was over the body shop. i knew that my car was in good hands! All the employees there were very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to have collision repairs made to their vehicle.
