My Experience

I was told i was going to receive calls every other day. No calls were ever made expect the first initial to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. I only received automated text messages. The communication was not well at this store. The front desk and manger Dave were very pleasent to deal with. I got my car back when Dave told me i would have it back and that’s all I’m happy about. The work itself is amazing.

I am Glad State Farm is associated with a top tear body shop such as Gerber Collection & Glass My 2018 E300 benz had 52 hail damages with more than ten easily visible .Hall Dents have been eliminated. I also have them paint the back bumper which was a eye soar the repaint was a perfect match. Gerber Collision & Glass workman ship is back by state farm insurance And as a State Farm customer for more than 25yrs I make this experience public G.Foster zip 32909

Where do I begin? I was lied to, my truck was a mess when I picked it up, it was below E when I picked it up and I had a half tank when I was hit. This office in Palm bay is absolute garbage. They won't accept legal tender and don't verify repairs before they just have at it. My pain in my rim without asking me. I will make sure everyone i know avoids this horrible unfortunate company.

The staff was so nice especially the girl @ the front desk. I made several calls while the car was being fixed & she made me feel like it was no problem to answer my silly questions I met a few of the other workers & I got the same feeling of welcomeness I will definitely recommend your shop to anyone who asks me

Samantha was fantastic, she kept us in the loop the whole time. In fact, EVERYONE we dealt with was top notch. Having your car in for an unexpected repair is never fun, but this team made us feel as good about it as was possible. Our truck came back to us better than it was before the accident, but Gerber Collision's lifetime warranty on the repairs made gives extra peace of mind. We could not recommend them enough!

If I could give higher than 10 I would. Samantha did a wonderful job of keeping us in the loop from start to finish, but ALL of the team members we came into contact with were exceptionally good. None of our questions went unanswered, and all of our concerns were addressed thoroughly and quickly.
