I am extremely satisfied with the customer support and the quality of the work completed. I was in an accident that was not my fault, and the entire process was very stressful. My insurance connected me to Gerber right away, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Neyla at the front desk was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the process, which made a big difference. Francisco was very prompt in providing an estimate and kept me updated throughout the process. He was understanding of my situation and ensured a quick turnaround. My car looks amazing. The work was done well, and I was back in my car after only 15 days. The phone and text communication were clear and easy to follow. Francisco and Neyla are excellent service providers, and I truly thank the entire staff for making this experience as painless as possible. Thank you!

I am more than satisfied I am overjoyed with happiness. Kudos to Chris and Dominique those guys definitely ROCK in my book. Gerber came highly recommended by a co worker of mine and she’s very particular about everything. I said if Fran was happy with Gerber that’s an awesome collision shop to do work on my baby (Kia k4) I love this car more than food but not more than my sweet potato pies or any of my home baked goods. Lol Great team shout out to the entire staff at Gerber collision on Palm Bay Road and I can’t leave the staff out at Enterprise Rent a car on Palm Bay Road they are also an great time exceptional customer service both companies are a great team that works good together. Kudos to all the employees with both companies. 🤙🏿❤️😍♥️🥰💝

I was a 10’the day I picked up the car but since then I’m not happy. I called Chris after I picked up my car and my drivers back tire had a low leak. I sent Chris pictures and told him no way it could been used while the church was away on Saturday.
