Richie was great to work with. He was spot on with the estimated completion date. He left voicemails continuously throughout the repair process. I never had to call the shop for anything! The Customer Service Representative explained everything about the first 30 days and she thoroughly explained the Warranty associated with the repair. The truck looks awesome! Great job!

I am happy with the work, but I am also happy with how professional the people are that I dealt with at Gerber. I am impressed that Gerber and enterprise Rent-A-Car works so well together. Between the two of them made, they made this whole thing seamless for me.

The put the wrong fog light on my car when I take it back the tell my husband is going to take couple days to get the right part but is already one week and don’t hear nothing from you guys. I understand the job is already pay but is not the correct way please finish the right way the job please. Am continue waiting

The repair looks good. There are a couple of scratches on the bed that weren’t there before and the horn doesn’t work after getting the truck back.

The whole Tuesday and Thursday being “update” days is weird. I was told it might be done Friday but likely Monday. However, I never got a call saying it was definitely not going to be Friday, and it didn’t even get done Monday. I also never received a phone call Monday. I called Tuesday “update” day.
