Truck looks great but is missing the sway bar and something is loose making a loud "clunk" when I turn all the way and I can feel it under the driver side.

Serious lack of communication for the first month after dropping off my truck. Initially I was told 3-4 weeks but frame damage takes longer and I get that but would have been much happier to have open communication up front because I would have made different arrangements instead of the rental vehicle that cost me a small fortune. Communication was much better after Nate left and Dan took over my account. Cruisin Gold was also a waste of time! I could have installed the steering dampener in a couple hours myself instead of them having the truck for almost 2 weeks AND they neglected to install the sway bar too.

I believe this place only does body work, so I won’t knock the mechanical issues the car is experiencing. As far as body work, it looks great, couldn’t even tell it was in an accident. However, the door that was swapped onto this car doesn’t have a functioning handle from the outside. You can open the door from the inside only. That’s really my only complaint. Would’ve been nice to know that it wasn’t functioning, assuming Gerber was aware of this issue post-repair. Good customer service, nice people. Just confused about the door handle.
