This is the 2nd time I have used Gerber, and the 2nd time I was 100% satisfied. With Gerber all your needs moves like clock work. From my experience everyone is treated with professionalism. If you have rental insurance, your car is dropped off and picked up right at gerber. They keep in contact with you, so you are fully aware of the progress. This is a company that puts customer service first. Hopefully I won't need a body shop again, but if I do it will be Gerber, again.
