It took them 6 weeks to repair minor accident. People in charge were rude. Tried to return the car multiple times without it being ready or with multiple areas with still persisting scratches. What they charged the insurance company is extremely higg for what they did. Poor customer service. If I am not aware and meticulous, it would have been a very poor job. They try to blame me for their misgivings.

Was a comfortable experience with enterprise coming right to the shop. In hindsight I wish I had taken my car home after the evaluation until I knew you had all the needed parts and the work could start. My enterprise bill was much higher than I expected . Car was immaculate and drove very well. Thank you!
