There were almost too many things wrong to list but here goes.... The dent in the fender, while most people won't notice it, I can easily find it. There was so much buffing compound left on the windows, I had to pull over at the first gas station the next morning to scrape my windshield. The traffic lights were enough light to not be able to see past it. I told them the body side harness was broke for the brake sensor. I knew this because I thought my pads were low but when I went to replace them that is what I found. I put on a $100 set of ceramic pads after the accident and they still replaced them with cheap pads. Luckily I was able to get my good pads back. I can only assume they are milking my insurance company for everything they had. There is a solid rattle because something is loose under the car. I tried to get the adjuster to sit in the car and listen to it no less than 6 times but he didn't seem to have time for me. Needless to say the tech drove it and told me the transmission was bad. It does it in neutral, forward gears and reverse. There is nothing wrong with the transmission and now I am stuck taking it to the VW dealer and paying for it with hopes that insurence will cover it.

Brock (I think his name was) treated me like garbage when I asked about them not fixing all of the issues and seam very inconvienced that he had to deal with me or my insurance comapany at all. The adjuster didn't seem to want to take the time to hear about what was wrong and only wanted to tell me they might not be able to make it "seem like the deer made that happen"
