They handled much of the insurance claim and dealt with them Dave was calling every few days with updates and keeping me informed about the progress being made on my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend your shop to my worst enemy. I have a coworker who says yall did the same thing to him, he says yall have a warranty on the parts you put in, thats about the only reason i may come back, but even then I'm scared to let yall put hands on my car again.

Took 2 months to fix my car. Delayed repairs 10 times EXACTLY. Sent me in circles over a rental car, I didn't even get until 2 days before they had my car done. So I had to bike or walk everywhere for 2 months! Got my car back oil was poured in the back of my vehicle. The headlights are not the same kinda lights that were originally on the car, which I will be giving yall a call soon about I've just been busy. Terrible experience, bad on my insurance part for recommendations, and shame on yall for the work and lies yall say to customers. The owner seems like he doesn't know whats going on with the cars in his shop, and doesn't make it it right til you get angry and even then still manages to make up some sort of excuse. Overall terrible experience, if I EVER get in another crash, I would have my dad who gerryriggs his car fix my car, before I took it to this company again. A single person could've gotten this done in 3 weeks, what took yall 2 months.

Owner doesn't know whats going on in his own shop. Ran around for a rental car he didn't have set up, so I had to dish out more money for rides. Will give you every excuse in the book for why your car isn't done.
