It was kind of hard to get it scheduled. I had to call repeatedly and was promised each time for a returned call shortly thereafter that seldom came. After some persistence, we were able to get it scheduled though.

Gerber glasses and collision was wonderful. They kept me informed and updated by text and phone so I knew what was happening. After an accident or having a car broken into in my case, Gerber really gives you peace of mind and for me that's an amazing thing. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

My battery cells were completely dead not even 24 hours after the repair, also had oil on the inside of my window as if someone was either smoking or vaping in my car as well as panels by the window not set correctly and popped out looking horrible and I hope it doesn't cause more issues
