If they did not take the deceptive communication route this whole situation could’ve been much better. The painter did a good job. Management did not.

The repair and paint blend looked good. The service started off on the right foot then went down quickly. I know issues arise, but they first stated the job would take 3 days (one door with small dent) yet turned into 10 days. Even at that point I had to go back the following week due to the fact they forgot to replace the arm handle. The final straw was they failed to compensate for all the issues and car rental length they agreed to help with. The manager had spoken to my insurance agent and told him he would cover half (50%) of the 7 addition days for the car rental. I get to the shop in person to pick up my truck and Dave had declined the offer he had verbally given to my agent. Needless to say, my agent was very displeased because this was not the first time they had backed out on their word. This is not a good way to run a business.

Only item to note is when I picked my vehicle up it smells like marijuana but the smell dissipated after driving with windows open.
