Great service and craftsmanship. Would be a 10 if they hadn’t taken 5 weeks. It is the insurance company’s fault. But I could have pushed State Farm to approve. We lost about 2 weeks awaiting adjuster approval

I would refer them to Repairs however request that I don’t know Gerber I know the place where it is located, all I know my car needs a diagnostic to determine what happened at this car auto motive repair shop and the car need a diagnostic and I need to see why so much gas and smell of gas in the car being lost so rapidly and a Diagnostic Test. I call the Insurance company and they want call me back. Now I need to reach out to State officials concerning this matters as well. I’m very concerned and disappointed about this situation.

Not satisfied at all! The car drove and pulled toward the right then later toward the left. So much Gas is being burned. Never in the life of this car getting 4-6 miles per gallon . The front right frame never replaced from accident. Car is using excessive amount of Gas. The pad felt at the bottom of car and never replaced . The issue of the smell of oil burning or other issues are excessive. The rear light on left does not work. The car steering is not stable. The tire wheel frame is crooked as well.

These guys were fast, took my car in for a paint repair and was initially told 3-5 days, was called the 2nd day saying it was ready for pick up. Paint was flawless and everyone was professional. Would definitely recommend them for all paint and body work.

Picked up car on Friday and told it was ready. When I got there, there was a large black mark on the bumper so it was sent to the back to fix it. I got in the car and had to send it to the back again because the backup camera was not working. I was told a part had not come in yet and to bring it back Monday. I called Monday and still no part. Today is Wednesday and still no part.
