William was the BEST! He was very helpful & responsive. Answered all my questions and reassured me I would be happy with the end product. My car looks brand new and it was washed & vacuumed out before I picked it up. I had my car back within a week and couldn’t be more thankful.

From the moment I drove up and Bryan walked out the door to greet me, I felt like a valued customer. His handling of my situation was thorough,, efficient, friendly, and professional. He even drove me to the rental car company and stayed with me until someone acknowledged my presence long enough to get my name on their waiting list. I greatly appreciated the text messages informing of the status of the repairs, and I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship when I came to pick my Santa Fe up. The fact that Gerber noticed and corrected a blemish in the paint prior to that reflects a commitment to quality that I value. And to top off their excellent service, Gerber cleaned the vehicle. I felt like I was driving away in a new car!
