My jeep was retuned to me unfinished. The door doesn’t shut in alignment. the trim is not adhered & has gaps. Trim around window is 2 inch gap on both sides. Gerber & Travelers has received video and pictures and I have waited almost 2 weeks for someone to reply, still no word. I am extremely upset of the level of this shoddy repair

I am very dissatisfied with the overall repair experience. My completion date kept changing from 06/04 to 06/09 and then to 06/12, and the communication did not feel clear or reliable. I was told there were delays due to the part/technician availability and then later that the vehicle was still in paint, which caused unnecessary stress with my rental and transportation. When I received my vehicle, it did not feel like it was returned in the same clean condition. The car smelled like oil, and my left side mirror had a new scuff/scratch that made me question the care taken with the vehicle. I was also told they were closed when I picked it up on Saturday, but when I returned about two hours later, I saw someone working on a vehicle, which made the situation feel even more frustrating and poorly handled. Overall, I do not feel the repair process, communication, or final quality met a professional standard. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

On one occasion, I called for an update on my vehicle and was given information about a different vehicle instead. This added to my frustration because it showed a lack of attention to detail and made me question whether my repair status was being tracked accurately. It also made the communication feel disorganized and unreliable.
