Kendra was a wonderful communicator! She kept me up to date throughout the whole experience. She treated me like a friend and showed genuine respect and kindness when dealing with my concerns. The work itself looks very good. I personally can't tell any repairs have been done-- it looks like it's brand new! The bumper on the passenger side is not attached properly.And it looks like the black part underneath should have been replaced as well , but i'm going to have to bring it back up there and let y'all look at it again , which I really don't have time to do.
