I can truly say that from the first time I walked into the office, I was greeted by all very friendly and pleasant. I was explained in detail what service was going to be done on my car. My second time having work done and where I hope its actually the last..lol. I would certainly bring my car back and refer Gerber to others. My service tech was very courteous and again very pleasant an easy to talk to an approach. Again, I was very much pleased with my care & services rendered.

The repairs to the bumper & tail light look fantastic; however, we noticed that there was some abnormality of the finish on the driver’s side rear panel near the new part. Almost as if one area was over buffed. It is super noticeable and I don’t really feel it was there prior to dropping off the vehicle for repairs. My husband pointed it out when he dropped the vehicle back off the next day after we picked it up, but it wasn’t visible in the dimmer lighting. It is definitely more visible indirect sunlight.
