I called to check on my repairs. I was told the representative just came off vacation and I would be updated in the afternoon. I didn't receive anything so I called the next morning. I was informed they haven't had a chance to look and the update would come later. The issue came at this point when the associate, Lisa, thought phone was hung up and discussed the purpose of my phone with another customer. Stating it's 50 cars in here and the other representative, Misty, was out on vacation. Also stating that customers call like their car is the only one in there. I felt this was an unprofessional behavior during an already stressful time. I think the work was completed in a timely manner but I would struggle to go back or refer this shop knowing that customers are being referred to in this manner.

The work was done well. The time was an issue. Also, small areas close to the primary work area could have been touched up to make the overall presentation better. I'm aware it wasn't in the scope but, even a little attention would have made a difference.

I sent in a previous survey right after I got my car back. I don't usually give any business a 10 because no one is perfect but I do have to say the service I received was pretty close to that number. Everyone was very professional and patient with any dumb questions I could dream up. I hope never to see u again but if I need your service I will definitely come your way.
