I was taken aback by the estimate to final bill. It was. 100% deviation. While I understand hidden damage….100% ?? I made the decision to go w Gerber over another vendor. His estimate was correct the first pass.

The vehicle was promised and auto-text messages supported day promised. When we called to arrange p/u we were told “do all we can to return vehicle that day”. Vehicle was in fact returned that day however after a week of messaging all “ on track” it was alarming to be told date could be missed. I’d rather you undercommit and over deliver.
