Everyone is so friendly and helpful, you get continual updates on the status of your repairs and they have always been ahead of the estimated completion date. My car was done on time. They did an excellent job, you could not even tell that I had had an accident. They checked in my rental car, washed my car, walked me through it, asked me about a prior issue. They kept me informed during the whole repair process. I cannot say enough about how professional, informative, and wonderful they all were. From the front desk, to the estimator, to the quality of the repairs.

The bumper looks great! You can’t even tell there was a dent. I also love how friendly and helpful the staff are. My only complaint is that the trunk doesn’t close every time. It was one of the issues mentioned but I don’t know that they addressed it.
