We had a baby mirror installed on the back seat and when the car was returned, the mirror had broken off and the attachment point of the mirror had left an indent in the leather seats. Because of that and because of the paint defects, it's unlikely I would recommend the shop.

Some of the paint near the edges of the hood have some minor defects. Hood also doesn't appear to sit flush with the lines of the car and might need alignment.

From the first time I spoke to the customer service to set an appointment for the claims adjustor till the final pickup and my point of contact everyone was super friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure the experience was great. The repairs done included body work, wheel repair, paint and trim. The job done is magnificent.

Everyone was very courteous, but I liked the most was their honesty. They were upfront about not being able to repair my car on the day insurance rep said I could drop it off, but immediately gave me a date and time when they could get to my car. They kept me informed of the progress and car repairs were completed on the day that they promised. Michael was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
