The office staff was very courteous, friendly, and professional. My contact with my estimator Julio Hernandez was outstanding. I had a unique situation with my vehicle from an inferior repair at another shop, to which he helped me navigate the repair. Mr. Hernandez left me assured that I would not have another issue with my repair. Additionally, his attention to detail provided confidence that I could put my trust in Gerber. My repair was great. Most happy with finding a business I can put my trust in.
