It took almost 2 months to approve the 3rd party Repair. It should be reduced. Repair was good, but the part quality specially the headlight are not bright, lesser lumens than original one.

Repair was not completely done, forgot to replace one broken component, And I was told to pick the vehicle up at 4:30 PM and was not given to me until around 6:30 Manager offer to refund $500 off my deductible payment on 6/29/26 for the inconvenience and never happened

Gerber Collision Center treated both me and my 2025 Nissan Altima with great care. They were incredibly patient and helpful with my insurance company when they tried to make me pay more even though it was late and on a Friday afternoon and close to closing time. Their outstanding customer service made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend them.
