I have been going to the shop for 35 years, we had 4 boys. I go after a few year, walk in and the owners would call me by name. I felt they valued me as a repeat customer. We never had a problem with work or customer service/support. However this time things were different and I am concerned with the service/support. Work on our car was completed a day early and looks good. I’m not sure I want to encounter the unfriendly service again.

The staff was very helpful with my car and very friendly! The communication was also excellent, anything that was changed or adjusted during the repair process; they always made sure to reach out to me to let me know what was going on. My rental process was also great my rental was waiting and ready for me at the garage. I am very satisfied with my repairs and will definitely recommend you guys!!

I don't understand how you return a vehicle back with two mismatched running boards And just give me the other new one to fix myself. This is totally unacceptable. Also waiting to hear back from insurance company..
