I haven’t had to have bodywork done for quite some time. I don’t remember it being so easy. You guys do it right! From dealing with insurance, rental car scheduling and the consistent updates of the repair progress, I am extremely impressed and happy with the repairs that were done. The car was cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. Didn’t smell like a paint booth like I remembered in the past. Thank you for doing such a great job with the repairs and the customer service!

You did everything I expected. My pick up date was pushed back twice however I recieved my car before the last time quoted which saved me hundreds of dollars...thank you my car looks like new... I will recommend and use this place moving forward

Everything looked great when I got it back! There was some confusion about the door key hole - it seemed Gerber wasn’t aware of it at first, but that could’ve been info from the insurance company. Also, I wasn’t aware until I got my car that I was going to have a key for the door and a key for the ignition. However, I did have to grab something out of my vehicle after Gerber closed, and a very nice worker allowed me to grab it and led me through the facility to find my car. It was extremely appreciated!
