Poor auto body and paint work.

Fender didn’t line up to the door on drivers side of the truck. Quality of body work poor. Runs in the paint. Scratches on the door handles.

Gerber Collision 47 E Crafton Ave Pgh 15205 had my truck for 12 weeks. The quality of the auto body work and paint was horrendous. The interior of the truck was filled with excessive dust and inside the dashboard vents were coated with dust from their shop. They missed runs in the paint and scratches. Their customer service is nothing but excuses , lies, and blaming employees for calling off.

Two pieces of molding off, I think the one goes over the lines on the rearview mirror and the other popped off the door when i pulled it closed

The repair was excellent. I was just a little frustrated with the length of time it was being repaired . I realize you can’t help it if someone gets sick and has to take time off , however frustrating as it cost me $20.00 per day for car rental. I would have appreciated someone updating me about the delay instead of me having to call. One other concern, picking up my car I was told it had been a bit dusty but they tried to clean up the interior. When I got home I saw that there was a fine dust still in areas throughout the car. I know my car needs a deep cleaning however I did not drop it off with the fine film of dust that is still in areas throughout the car. Your office people has told me to bring it in one day and they will have the detailer go over it again . That’s fine but it does require a couple additional hours of my time. I would recommend you establishment for its repair work . Just not the follow through .
