I called Gerber Collision Plano, thinking it is Linear Automotive as I have been a long time customer of theirs and I had a body repair. Then I realized something has changed. So I took the time to visit there and ask about it. It was like 4.50 pm and they were closing. So had to go there next day spoke with Eric and he explained how they work. I looked at reviews and contacted insurance. Then scheduled with them and dropped off. Eric gave a good discount for me too. They were texting me after a couple of days to inform where they are on the repair. And gave the vehicle, as promised no issues, on time. I also picked up the rental from there and dropped it off no issues again. I would highly recommend Eric and Gerber Collison Plano for any one.
