The employee who handled my repair was very courteous, professional and polite. He kept me updated on the progress with my car with several text messages and phone calls. I felt like I was in good hands with him. It was very helpful to be able to leave my rental car at the body shop when I picked up my car when the repairs were completed- which was 4 days earlier than the original estimated completion time.
