The staff was great with processing everything for me. After I provided the company with all my insurance documents I didn’t have to do anything else. Eric and his staff made sure this was a stress free process. I always go with Gerber because they take the stress out of an already stressful situation. They were great.

Robert made my car repair pretty much effortless on my part. It was wonderful how he explained the whole Insurance, repair shop, interactive process, understandably for me, as I’m not great with online technology, and was having trouble figuring everything out! He was great at keeping me informed at every stage of my car repair. He was extremely kind, answered every question, with patience, and even helped get my car back to my house when the work was done because, I did not have a way to get it without needing to wait several days, as I am caring for a sick grandchild. The work on my car looks fantastic! It was done timely! I will be using Gerber Collision, if I ever need car damage repair in the future! I will be glad to recommend your company to others. I will also tell them to ask for Robert!
