- Poor communication (did not notify me that repair was not on schedule until day of pickup which resulted in my inability for me to drive to work that day) - Car left outside in pouring rain with parts removed to allow water inside door/interior - Quality of repair is not as expected (still some visible waves in body where dent was and imperfections in paint even after additional buffing done during pickup) - Exterior trim parts replaced with broken clips which resulted in return trip to replace/repair - Staff was friendly though :)

Top shelf recommendations going forward. I do recommend you upgrade your POS system. It didn't work so well for me and I was charged 3 times. That said, I have total confidence your staff will quickly resolve
