I think the job that Gerber did was outstanding. The only regret that I have, such as it is, is a ding in the right front fender that wasn't repaired. To be fair, it wasn't part of the original estimated work, but I mentioned it to the guy when I brought it in, and he made a note of it. I figured it would either be fixed as well, or that someone would call to tell me what the extra cost would be, which I would've been happy to cover. Anyway, aside from that, which is not the fault or responsibility of Gerber, the work appears perfect. Thank you!

Forgot to install radio antenna, and they may have damaged a button on the radio (but not really sure how as there shouldn't have been any work done in the truck).

The work that they did was great. The repairs however could have been done quicker if there had been more clear communication at the shop. The repairs were completed but QC did not sign off on it for three more days. In turn costing my insurance company more money. Which will effect the amount of money I pay for insurance.

I had a great experience! Dan and the rest of the staff I came in contact with were very friendly. When I brought my car in, Dan took the time to thoroughly explain everything they'd be doing and why certain choices would be made. The work was fast, efficient and high quality and I LOVE the complimentary detailing...my car looks better than before the damage even occurred! I really appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my schedule. I will recommend Gerber in Powell to anyone needing collision or glass repair. :) Thank you!
