The original estimate was not maintained. The work looks very good. The interior cleaning was also very well done. My tech/sales (dan) was helpful and courteous. But my estimate, and therefore expectations, were not met.

Your detailer put fragrance in our car. This is a HUGE problem. My wife is very allergic to this. I cannot stress this enough. I have dedicated my whole night to clean it out and it's still there. We are not sure what to do. This car is not useable unless I can get the fragrance out.
