They were amazing. Cared very much as my car is a 2006 Mustang convertible. They knew how special my car is to me. Never had body work or engine issues. Did a great job. Honest, even a little less than was quoted. Ready on time. Lifetime warranty. I don't know why anyone would go to a dealership.I'm sure sometimes people have to. They do body work and repair.

We are very satisfied with the finished job on our car. While it took longer than expected, a rental vehicle was provided at no cost which was greatly appreciated. This is our second time working with Gerber. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would work with them again.

Initial estimates was 8 days and it took me 3 weeks to get my car back.. had to call multiple times for the updates

They are great. I got constant updates on the repair and status of my vehicle. They are easy to contact and ask questions and arranging for the pickup of my vehicle once it was done. Quality of work was exceptional. Very happy!! Would recommend their shop in Powell.

Working with Gerber was a great experience Kyle, the technician, was so informative and kept me apprised of everything that was going on with the car. Virginia, the receptionist, so personable and sweet everyone was just great. I love how my car looks. It didn’t take that long at all. Everything was explained in depth. Repair was quality. Communication was good but I had to call several times for a true update. It took about a month which seemed long to me but I don’t repair cars every day so maybe that’s acceptable. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Terrible estimate of Service time. Was told 1 week to 10 days, took 3 weeks, and was notified on Friday at nearly 4 pm that it was s ready, but you were closed at 5 and thru the wknd. Picked up and front tire was @ 22lbs, no windshield washer fluid and a/c doesn't work! Never ever again and will let people know!
