Pros: - Very nice and professional - Initial work looks very good, will need to see how it matches up when it is possible to clean the vehicle and inspect in a couple of months when weather improves and a hand wash is possible. Cons: - told 5 days - took 9 - communication good for first few days then I had to reach out for updates.

The work was great and the unexpected detailing was nice. The communication wasn't my favorite but I was just nervous because I was going out of town the next day and I was told it was a simple repair that once parts were in it would be 2-3 days. The car was there for 10 business days. So, just some extra communication

This company seemed to go out of its way to make sure every detail was taken care of and even returned my car cleaner than it was when it went in. The only reason it was not returned to me on time is they were taking care of some things that went wrong. But they provided me with the rental car in the interim. I have no complaints. In fact I'm glad to know there is a place nearby that I can trust.
