I thought the price point was fair and they were quick with repairs, but small oversights made the difference in whether or not I'd go back.

Repair Quality

My front bumper wasnt clipped in correctly and there was a noticeable gap on one side. I had to do it myself when I got home. They also didn't match my taillights. Paint was a decent match.

Customer Service

I would have liked to have been told they were putting on an aftermarket bumper. They told me the offset fit was because of it being aftermarket and that they did it to save me money. While I can appreciate that, they still should have told me upfront. Luckily I clipped it in when I got home and it fit better.

My entire experience with staff was outstanding. Work completed in better time I expected and Steve kept up ongoing dialogue on all elements of repair and coordination with insurance company.
