The job was not completely done there’s still a band on my left fender of my truck where they repaired the light you can see where it wasn’t taken care of I said to bring it back in when I can but I’m going to a funeral next week so I needed to travel

They did not finish the job my bumper still pushed in my side panel is dented all he did was replace the light plastic figure that goes over it and charge me $1100 for now and they told me $1100 I said mass pretty cheap doing what they have to do I got there are no they didn’t finish anything

This is where this shop stands out above the crowd. Could not have been more pleased especially while dealing with Steve. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repair which was completed over a week ahead of the estimated time of completion

Queen Creek yes. Tucson sketchy

This rating is for the Queen Creek services as the Tucson location did not fix the damaged hood, adjust the headlights and didn’t properly secure the rock shield underneath the car. The Queen Creek location, closer to where I lived fixed all the above and did a great and timely job. I had to bring the car into the QC location twice for Tucson failures.

If it was possible to rate higher than a 10, I would ! I was extremely satisfied with the quality and service of Gerber. Excellent communication all throughout the process. Very fast completion. Flawless repair. Steve Littleton was the employee taking care of me throughout the repair. I have never recieved such a high level of customer service. I felt as though he genuiely cared about me, my vehicle and the situation. I wish more companies had employees like him. I will never go to any other company for any future repairs. Thank you to all those who took such great care of me and my vehicle !
