Thank you so much for the timely responses. We never had to reach out the vehicle because the text feature kept us constantly up to date. There was a small delay, but it didn’t cause us any trouble, and we received our vehicle back 2 days before the expected pickup date. Along with an interior and exterior cleaning.

100% Perfect. Both Mia and Steve were amazing, in truth i called 3 body shops that day and made my decision based on Mia's professional, reassuring personality. And Steve just cemented that decision. He delivered my daughters Jeep faster than promised and under budget. Can't beat that.
