Car was 100% filthy outside, inside and under the hood when I picked it up they tried to clean it while I was there picking it up, horrible when the bill was over $10,000! also, they called me to pick it up when I got there they told me the person that was going to explain what was done was at lunch and to come back in a hour? My cargo cover has white stuff on it I don’t know what it is? It’s a $2,000 new brand name roller cargo cover. All these things make it questionable as to the bodywork done. Please schedule to have car detailed.

After the repairs, my car looks brand new again. You could never tell there was damage. The whole process was quick and painless from start to finish, not yo mention how fast my car was completed. Their customer service was the best. This is the 2nd time we have used Gerber to repair our vehicles and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

The shop I dealt with was an absolute dream but liberty mutual was a nightmare to deal with.

There are issues with the van now...the passenger slider doesn't lock into place when open, the driver's side mirror is loose, the trunk will not auto open (it needs to be pried open), and there is now an indicator light on saying there's something wrong with the car and we need to take it in.
