The tech said he couldn't feel anything then you had your receptionist drive my truck and she couldn't feel anything then when I showed up after work I believe one of the owners and I went for a drive and he said he could feel it but said it was my tires I had just put brand new tires on my truck and I called Big O and ask them if they've had any complaints about these tires creating a shake and the truck and they said no
