Mike and the team were great. It did take a long time to get my car back.2 months. It seems there were only a few employees doing everything. I’m not going to penalize the ones that worked under these conditions by giving a lower score as that would be a slap in the face to them. It seems there is a problem with the corporate structure or upper management as several employees seemed to have quit and left the rest of the team holding the bag. I sure hope corporate is extending some gratitude toward the employees that took on the extra workload. If not why should they stick around and take all the heat from unhappy customers. Give them a bonus or gift cards or something as it’s been triple digit heat and they did a beautiful job. Despite the time it took.
