The repairs done were good but, I didn’t like that they put something on my floor mats. Now there shiny and very slick. I now have to pay out of pocket to get my floor mats replaced. So they will look the way they did before I took my car in. Wish they would have asked if I wanted my car detailed. I would of had said no.

The team faced many challenges and frustrations in serving us with our VW. Loved everyone at the shop !! My car came back cleaner than it ever has been, inside and out !! Took it in on a Tuesday and picked it up in Friday !! They had the Tental company pick me up, and I got to leave my rental car at the shop on Friday !! If ever we need these services again, we will FOR SURE call Gerber !!! Nicest employees ever !!
