I did a review 3x online on the website and each time it just kept spinning and spinning. It might have been the "Are you a Robot" button but this is important to me so I will try here! My vehicle got side swiped in the city when I was not present. I had not heard of Gerber but my insurance sent me there. Omgosh my car came out of there in so much better condition than when it went in!!! The staff was amazing getting me where I needed to go and updating me! My pinstripping on my vehicle was refreshed on my whole car! My car was detailed and the former foggy headlights are now sparkling like never before!!! Thank you Krystal and crew for such a job well done! I made sure my Facebook friends heard about you, all 3000+ of them. Thank you again for everything! 5 Stars hands down!

My car got sideswiped in the city while visiting family. Mercury insurance sent me to GERBER COLLISION and Glass. I needed both but had never heard of you in my area! Krystal and her team were FANTASTIC! Took a little longer than expected but the communication was frequent, informative and great. My vehicle came back to me in better shape than i had ever had! They not only refreshed my pinstripping on the whole vehicle but they also Detailed it! My foggy headlights sparkle like NEVER BEFORE! My only concern is the longevity of your staff. I personally think a manager calling clients with updates at 6:39pm AND driving clients to their destinations at 8:30am is a lot to be expected. She needs more support in her office in my humble opinion!! But I will also say that the relationships Gerber has formed with its contractors, like the one who did my pinstripping AND cleaning my foggy headlights, are so valuable. They all have gone far above the call of duty! And all this to say, I had never heard of GERBER before!!! So nice to meet you!!! Really! I tooted your horn on my social media account!
