My review is a two part review, (1), first, the repair of the collision, is way beyond a grade of 10, excellent job well done,,,, BUT as for part (2) my grade would be only a maybe (3) I ask for all the flaws in the rest of my wifes car to be fixed (I would pay to have this done, (at any cost) my total cost was $xxxx.xx and was totally willing pay whatever it would cost to have it all look new, most was fixed, but I don't understand why they didn't fix or at least attempt to fix peeling paint around the back window, and left a couple of dings on the driver side of the car, and for that I only graded it a (4) not 100% happy , would I use Gerber again? SURE!!! But! I would make sure they understand what I want so we both were CLEAR as to what I wanted. Customer service in outstanding on keeping the customer in the loop as to time lines,

Crystal which works at crossroads Gerber collision was an excellent member of their staff she even checked my special devices on my Honda Civic which she was not supposed to and I really appreciate that as for any special interests they did exactly what they were going to say they were going to do the only problem was I had a bad insurance company, thank you once again Gerber collision in Redding California.

The people were very helpful and friendly. We had to wait on some parts so the repairs took 4 days longer than was quoted. The repairs looked good in the end and they even polished our headlights. Good communication through text and phone calls about the delay and would have let us take the car if needed but there was potential for leaks if we took it so we chose to leave it until it was finished. Overall great experience.
