The put a front on that didn’t match the last. When I asked why Krystal said we didn’t know which one you had. Why didn’t she ask me?

Krystal dropped the ball several times and instead of taking ownership of that, she would try and gaslight me and blame it on everything except the true reason. I understand there was a family issue with the other estimator but when she took it over I was not contacted for 5 days. I had to call several times each of which I was promised she would call me that day which she didn’t do for 5 days. I was to have the estimate to approve on 1/28 and I didn’t end up getting that until 1/5 due to this. That delayed my job by a week. I had to pay a rental car this whole time. There was more of anyone cares to hear.
