Crystal, the manager was especially kind and helpful and made me realize that what I thought to be a disastrous situation was actually something easily remedied. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, especially Crystal, the manager. They were thorough and accommodating. I was kept in the loop as to what they were doing and how to go about making the needed repairs. Most important, they did not treat me like an ignorant woman asking stupid questions. My observations we're taken into account and they acted accordingly and in a timely manner. They relieved my anxiety over this disastrous situation.

Car got damaged while being towed, and the tow company was taking care of the bill and they were super helpful in getting that situated, they were very communicative during the whole time it was in the shop which is very nice, took a little longer than expected since I wasn’t able to make it in on the scheduled date since I was sick but they got it all looking brand new even did courtesy buffing on spots that weren’t involved in the accident. Hopefully I don’t have to have anymore work done but if I do I’d come back!

I am so pleased with my experience in having my car repaired at Gerber Colision. The are so prepared. I came in as they are recommended by my insurance company They did a scan of my car that info helped them get an estimate they could give me with in an hour. The work was completed in a shorter time than I was expecting. And the finished job was a beautiful like new car. No dent or red paint on my silver Prius. Despite the crappy situation of getting hit, I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision and Glass from start to finish. Bree, Krystal, and Kurt were professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They worked directly with my insurance and the car rental company, which made everything stress-free and easy. They also lined me up to get a shuttle to the car rental place and at the end allowed me to leave the car rental at the collision center. Gerber did an incredible job on my car and I highly recommend them! P.S They even detail your car!
