I’m very happy with the body work—my car looks great and you can’t even tell there was an accident. However, the communication was very disappointing. The estimator and receptionist were never on the same page about when my car would be ready or the cost. From Thursday to Tuesday, I kept getting calls saying it was ready when it wasn’t, which was frustrating and inconsiderate of my time. Great repair work, but the customer service needs improvement.
