I assume they were not at fault for the delays and sometimes things happen. It was a long process and the vehicle is still not running correctly or in my possession. I doubt this is indicative of there performance, but still a hard spot to be in

I had to take my car back to Gerber because of wobbling and noise in the front end. The whole process took weeks which wasnt a problem because a rental was provided by insurance. Im hoping I get a rental back because being without transportation is difficult. I am waiting now for a call from Gerber in Richmond, ky.

Josh and the Stuff were very friendly. They kept me up today to every change along the progress of my truck. Although the date did change about four different times due to some inconveniences but they always make sure to keep me in the loop.. overall I am very pleased with the result of their Work. You can’t even tell we were ever hit. Thank you for your service.
