Overall the process was great. Brenda mentioned the vehicle making a strange sound today when she drove it, but it didn't do it for me, so I don't have any reason to think the sound was related to the work performed by Gerber.

Folks were friendly and accommodating. The only snag was the amount of time I was originally told ended up being longer, so ended up getting a rental car instead of having it back same week, so expectation setting could have been better.

I was pumped to get my car back and find out that the interior was taken care of as well as the body work I had done. The floor mats were vacuumed and washed. Now that was a fantastic surprise.

The one thing I would like to mention, is the disconnect between the automated messaging and what I was told in person. For example I recieved an automated text that my vehicles expected completion was 10 days later, but after calling and speaking with Hailey she reassured me that the vehicle repair was expected to be completed in four days at the most.

First time having to repair damages caused from an accident that happened when I was parked. Where other companies were short, not helpful and overall just not nice, Gerber had amazing customer service staff.
