I’ve been when it was above auto body. Seemed complete different now. Granted it’s been years. 6k and a month to fix seems ludicrous to me. No personal touch. Gruffness. Automated messages are lame. How long to write an actual text or email that is personalized?

Automated text messages are better than nothing, maybe. Office seemed erratically staffed and unprofessional. Was never reached out to by an actual mechanic. Took weeks to get in and a month to repair.

Would recommend based on quality of work, BUT, would tell friends an unreasonably long repair time! Competitor could have gotten it in in a month or two sooner with repair done in two weeks! I stayed with Gerber because of past relationship and loyalty to Hove and Andy Foster!
