In a throw away society that totals out vehicles very easily these days, Gerber was willing to go out of their way to help me bring my car back from its pre-damaged state of disrepair. What I liked most of all at this particular shop is that when I noticed a divot in my vehicle's hood, after I had picked up my vehicle, and the shop had just closed for the weekend, I was upset after having paid for their services. I made a phone call the following Monday morning. Gerber was very polite, had taken me right back in the shop, offering something hot or cold to drink, and fixed the divot as well as multiple smaller divots that I did not see. Gerber was very fast and efficient in doing this all during my time of vacation about a week before going back to work. I went back to work feeling good about a work car that will be trustworthy again!!! I would recommend the Gerber Collision Center to anyone. The people here are knowledgeable and most of all dependable. Thank you to all of the staff at Gerber Collision Center.
