Communication was not as it was said it would be. Lots of confusion on parts or getting them. Blame said to be distributor. Unclear on the finish date until last 12 hours. Staff was kind and answered questions when asked.

Communication was ok. Sounds like there were issues getting parts. Not happy about all the non OEM parts used. Obviously have insurance bottom dollar in mind vs consumer. Picked vehicle up, remote start is not working, and now engine is not running properly.

My vehicle was at the shop for 4 weeks. I called at week 2 about the status of the car and was told I would receive a call back the next day. That did not happen and another week went by and I still didn't hear anything. I called back and then was given a status and regular updates after that. Customer service from Drew was kind and knowledgable and the body work on the vehicle was excellent!
